Mosaic tile at Mosaic Outpost is all very high quality; it is the tile I use everyday in my own artwork. However, it is worth noting that glass tile can had significant color variations from batch to batch. For this reason, I recommend ordering sufficient quantity to complete your project.
The currency of the site is in Canadian dollars. The US dollar values listed are approximate.
Speed of Order:
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. As a mosaic artist, I can relate to wanting my new goodies right away. However, in the case of large orders of hand cut tile (Van Gogh, stained glass, mirrored glass) the time to fill an order could change. If this is the case you will be notified.
The shopping cart will not let you order a higher quantity than is in stock. If you require more of an item than the shopping cart will let you purchase, please contact me and I will let you know how long it will be before the item is in stock.
Payment:
Payment is generally by credit card through Paypal. At the end of the checkout process, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete payment for your purchase.
I also accept payment by Visa (no MC) over the phone. Please do not send credit card information via email.
Money orders and checks are also accepted. These must be in Canadian funds unless otherwise arranged. In the case of a money order, goods will be sent with the money order arrives. For checks, your order will e sent with the check clears. If you select this option during check out, you will be sent an address for mailing the money order or check.
For local purchasers, I also allow people to pick up their order on an appointment basis. Please mark your order payment as "Hold For Pickup". You will be contacted to arrange a pick up time, and will not be charged the shipping charges that appear in the shopping cart. I accept checks, money orders, VISA or good ol' cash in person.

Delivery time is approximate as it is dependent upon the speed of US customs.

Tax:
Canadians are charged the GST on all orders. Residents of Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick are charged the HST.
Privacy:

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Tools and sales items are a final purchase.
Please contact us before making a return so I can give you a return authorization number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Special Orders:
I am more than happy to accept special orders and large quantity orders of any of my products. Special orders require a 50% deposit and are not returnable; please order a sample to avoid disappointment. Please contact me for special order details and delivery times.
Backorders:
I do not backorder products. If you would like to know when an out of stock item will be in, feel free to contact me.
